All bookings are subject to the terms, rules, and conditions of the relevant supplier, including cancellation rules, amendment rules, child policies, transfer rules, no-show rules, and health or safety policies. Where supplier terms conflict with these Terms, supplier terms may apply to the extent relevant to the booked service, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

You are responsible for ensuring that all travellers have valid passports, visas, consents, health documents, insurance documents, and any other required travel papers.

We are not liable for losses caused by missing, invalid, or incorrect documentation supplied by you or any traveller.
You must ensure that all names, travel dates, rooming details, ages of children, passport details, contact information, and other booking information provided to us are complete and accurate. Additional charges may apply where corrections are needed after booking.
Special requests such as honeymoon benefits, interconnecting rooms, dietary requests, disability assistance, specific bed types, early check-in, late check-out, or celebration arrangements are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing by the relevant supplier.
We strongly recommend that all travellers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical treatment, accident, personal belongings, travel disruption, and any activities planned during the trip. Travel insurance should be arranged as soon as your booking is made.
Occasionally, a supplier may need to change accommodation, transfer timing, excursion timing, meal plans, room category, route, vessel, or other arrangements for operational, weather, safety, or maintenance reasons. Where this happens, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and help manage alternatives.
We are not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, travel restrictions, strikes, civil unrest, supplier insolvency, technical failures, epidemic or pandemic events, airport closures, transport disruption, or other unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HolidayVibe Maldives is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special losses, including loss of enjoyment, lost profits, missed connections, or additional costs caused by third-party suppliers, travel disruption, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
If you experience an issue during your trip, you should notify the relevant supplier immediately and also contact us as soon as reasonably possible so that we have an opportunity to assist. If the issue is not raised promptly during travel, it may reduce the ability to investigate or resolve it.
Refunds, where due, will be processed in accordance with supplier terms, these Terms, and any applicable consumer law. Where a booking includes non-refundable services, we may deduct non-recoverable supplier costs, payment processing charges where permitted, and reasonable administrative costs.
Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, you agree to contact us first to allow reasonable review and resolution.
All website content, text, layouts, planning tools, graphics, logos, branding, and original materials remain the property of HolidayVibe Maldives unless otherwise stated.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to HolidayVibe Maldives, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
