01What is Coco Privé Kuda Hithi?
A private island in North Malé Atoll that is only ever booked by one group. You get the whole of Kuda Hithi, a 1.4-hectare island, with a split-level main residence, five guest villas, a private chef and a personal host. It is run by Coco Collection, which also runs Coco Bodu Hithi next door.
02How many guests can stay on Coco Privé?
Up to 12 guests, according to the launch details. The Palm Residence has the master bedroom, and the five villas around it take the rest of the party, with Turtle Villa doubling as a spa room or an extra bedroom.
03Can I book just one villa on Coco Privé?
No. The island is sold as a whole, for exclusive use only, so you never share it with other guests. That is the point: it works like a private villa with a full resort team.
04How do you get to Coco Privé Kuda Hithi?
By private yacht from Velana International Airport. The island is about 30 km away, and the crossing takes roughly 35 to 40 minutes. Because it is a boat, you can arrive at any time of day.
05What is included in a Coco Privé stay?
At launch, a stay included all meals cooked by the private chef, premium drinks, a daily spa treatment, non-motorised water sports and diving with a dive master for certified divers. Inclusions can change, so we confirm the current list with your quote.
06Who designed Coco Privé?
Award-winning architect Guz Wilkinson, working with Coco Privé. Timber, glass and open walls keep the ocean in view from almost every room, and the main pool links the residence with three of the villas.
07Is Coco Privé good for families?
Yes, for families and multi-generation groups who want privacy. Children are welcome, the infinity pool is shared like a home pool, and Turtle Villa can be set up as a play room. There is no kids club, so bring or ask for a nanny.
08How does Coco Privé compare with other private islands?
It is one of the smallest buyout islands near Malé, with room for about 12 people. Naladhu takes larger groups across 20 houses, and Velaa and Four Seasons Voavah sit further north. See our private island buyout guide.
